 RIM Park, Waterloo is the City of Waterloo's premier 500-acre park and recreation facility, with 18 outdoor sports fields, a multi-purpose recreation building, trails, parkland, and golf course. Our firm developed the service delivery strategy, oversaw the design and development of the foodservice facilities, and managed the RFP process to secure an outside operator for the food court, outdoor kiosks and the golf course operations.

 The Peterborough Memorial Centre recently completed a $9 million dollar renovation. Our work included development of a service delivery strategy for food and beverage at the Centre, management of the RFP process to select a food service operator, design services for the new food and beverage facilities as well as equipment procurement and installation supervision.

 SkyDome - we assisted the Stadium Development Corporation in determining the facility requirements for food and beverage facilities, and oversaw the design and construction of the fine dining facilities.

 The Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex is a 39-acre multi-use facility that includes a 6,000- seat arena, two additional ice surfaces, the 3,200 seat Centennial Stadium and 1,200 seat Jack Couch Baseball Park. A major expansion and upgrade was completed in 2002, including the provision of new foodservice concessions, luxury suites, licensed restaurant and group sales areas. Our firm conducted a facility needs analysis for concession, restaurant and catering facilities; coordinated food facilities planning and design; managed the RFP to secure a foodservice contractor and assisted in contract negotiation.

 Ricoh Coliseum – we provided a comprehensive package of services that included development of a food and beverage program, identification of facility needs, capital budgeting, equipment selection, facilities design, preparation of specifications, final drawings, tender documents and construction administration.
